General Policy

  • All payments made for creator services, video production, or subscription plans are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Refunds are only eligible under specific conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Service Not Delivered: The agreed deliverables (e.g., creator videos, campaigns) were not provided within the specified timeline, and no alternative arrangement was made.
  • Technical Errors: Payments were made due to system or billing errors.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You change your mind after placing an order or subscribing.
  • You are dissatisfied with the subjective style or creative direction of the content (unless it clearly fails to meet the agreed brief).
  • Delays occur due to lack of client response, incomplete information, or revision requests beyond the agreed scope.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before production begins for a full refund.
  • Once a creator has started work, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
